Giving a lifting app with real traction a landing page that actually matches how good the product is.

Tracked.gg is a free workout tracking app built by two brothers, Keenan and Jackson Malloy, that had already reached over 50,000 downloads and a 4.9 rating on both app stores before I got involved. The product was solid and the community around it was growing fast through Discord and word of mouth, but the landing page hadn't kept up with the quality of the app itself, and the founders needed something that could properly communicate what Tracked does and why serious lifters should care about it.

My job was to design the full landing page from scratch, establishing a visual direction that felt credible in the fitness space without falling into the usual dark-and-aggressive clichés, and building out a page structure that walks a visitor from initial interest through features, social proof, and community all the way to the app store download buttons.

A dark, textured aesthetic grounded in the app's green-and-black palette that feels premium without being generic.

The app already had a strong identity with its dark UI and signature green accent color, so rather than reinventing anything I leaned into that existing palette and extended it to a full-page experience. The background uses a deep navy-black with subtle texture and gradient work that gives the page depth without competing with the content, and the green (#00C853) works as the primary action color across CTAs, badges, and highlights so there is a consistent thread tying the page to the product people will actually download.

I used a mix of editorial-style typography for section headings and clean, functional type for feature descriptions, which helps the page feel like it was designed by someone who cares about the details rather than thrown together from a template. The 3D-rendered objects and angled app screenshots give the hero and feature sections a sense of physicality that most fitness app pages don't bother with, and the combination of real user testimonials with large pull-quote styling in the social proof section makes the community feel tangible and present.

Building a narrative flow that moves visitors from curiosity to download without feeling like a sales funnel.

The page is organized around a pretty deliberate sequence that starts with the hero establishing what the app is and who it's for (the tagline, download stats, and store buttons are all above the fold), then moves into a feature overview section that groups the core capabilities into scannable cards with short descriptions so someone can understand the full scope of the product without scrolling through paragraphs of copy. The exercise cards that scroll horizontally across the page break up the vertical rhythm and give a sense of the app's depth without overwhelming the reader.

Below the features, I placed the founders' section ("Who We Are") with their photos and personal quotes, which was a deliberate choice because for a product that's free and community-driven, the personal story of why it exists matters more than a list of specs. The testimonials section that follows builds on that trust by showing real users with real names and roles, and the blog preview cards give the page a sense of ongoing activity that signals the product is actively maintained and growing. The FAQ section at the bottom handles the practical objections (Is it really free? Where's my data?) before the final CTA pushes visitors to the app store one last time.
